Sarah Lacy Brings Key to Success of Silicon Valley to the UBB
Com sebuah blog tech entrepreneurship terbesar di dunia, memukau peserta Kuliah Umum Kewirausahaan, lewat materi bertajuk Five Traits To Copy From Silicon Valley And Five Traits To Avoid.
pertama ; There Are No Overnight Successes.
Kedua ; Be Open. An Idea Is Just an Idea; Execution Matters.
Kunci sukses Silicon Valley yang ketiga adalah Have the Right Intentions, yang diawali pada perusahaan dengan membuat sesuatu yang berbeda, bukan sekedar menghasilkan uang, namun ketika seseorang menginvestasikan modalnya, berarti ia telah berkomitmen mengembangkan usahanya dengan cepat.
Kunci keempat adalah You Can’t Do It Alone, ambisi seorang wirausaha adalah menemukan tim kerja terbaik, dan membangun relasi usaha yang luas.
